Job summary

Brundage Management Company, Inc. (BMC) in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager to lead operations, tenant admin, and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of commercial properties.

You will drive the transition from third-party to in-house management, establishing scalable processes and robust reporting. Collaborate with Accounting, Facility Management, and executives to maximize portfolio performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years managing multiple commercial properties, leases, vendors, maintenance activities, budgets, or property related contracts.
• 5 years using commercial property management platforms, such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Appfolio, Building Engines, or comparable systems
• 5 years reviewing property financial information, including budgets, forecasts, budget to actual variances, operating expenses, rental income, collections, tenant billings, vendor costs, and financial or operating reports.
