Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Property Manager based in Providence, RI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, ensure properties are well-maintained, manage tenant relations, and coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with property regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration
