LHH is searching for a Commercial Property Manager for one of our clients here in the Milwaukee area. This person will be managing a large complex of A-rated buildings in the greater Milwaukee area.

Duties:

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
2. Have a strong understanding of financial reports and basic business fundamentals, including P&L management and CAM reconciliations.
3. Regularly monitor each property budget, review financial statements, compare to the budget, and account for monthly variances. Implement new strategies or recommend budget adjustments as needed to meet property objectives and goals.
4. Analyze, prepare, and present annual budgets for final review.
5. Prepare monthly financial reports in collaboration with the Property Accountant.
6. Design business plans for assigned properties to meet customer needs.
7. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards.
8. Work with the team to ensure maintenance work orders at each property are completed timely and effectively.
9. Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
10. Develop and manage annual budgets for forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, data, and trends.
11. Oversee, implement, and participate in ongoing staff training, coaching, and counseling. Monitor staff management and overall performance.
12. Achieve financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
• Proven success in managing or supervising employees
• Ability to provide high-level service and relationship management with tenants
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and work with a high sense of urgency
