Position: Commercial Property Manager

SBM is a commercial real estate company specializing in buying, developing, and leasing properties. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with potential tenants and touring available spaces.
• Following up on leads and qualifying tenants through background and credit checks.
• Preparing lease proposals and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assisting with security deposits and rent collections.
• Maintaining tenant relations by communicating updates and addressing concerns.
• Monitoring and maintaining common areas and coordinating maintenance needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years' experience in commercial real estate.
• Ability to work both in-office and in the field.
• Knowledge of business planning and regulatory issues.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of performance metrics.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive issue diagnosis.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Physical ability to lift 20 pounds and climb stairs.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.
