Your primary responsibilities will be -

• Managing daily policies and procedures to ensure proper management and maintenance of the property
• Responding to tenant requests promptly and positively, coordinating work orders with maintenance
• Handling payables via Yardi Payscan, rent collection, accounts receivable, lease files, financial reports, budgets, and expense reconciliations
• Mentoring and developing Assistant Property and Maintenance team members
• Participating in at least one internal committee with leadership

What you’ll bring with you –

• At least 10 years of commercial real estate property management experience, including 3 years in a Class A office setting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation
• Progress towards RPA, CPM, CMCP, or CCIM designation is a plus; valid state real estate license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Solid understanding of property management software, especially Yardi
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 and work after hours as needed
