Hillside Investments is seeking a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. You will handle preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, landscaping, and painting to keep properties safe and presentable.

Responsibilities include responding to tenant work orders, coordinating with vendors, performing seasonal maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of commercial property maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently with excellent tenant service.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, windows.
• Respond to tenant work orders and maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and minor carpentry repairs.
• Maintain landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist with snow and ice removal, seasonal maintenance, and weather-related repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation.
• Participate in after-hours emergency response as needed.
• Perform other duties necessary to maintain the overall appearance, safety, and value of the properties.
