The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with modern construction tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with modern construction tools and software.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections.
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
