Job summary

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is hiring a Project Superintendent to join an established team on a high-profile commercial project in Charlotte, NC.

This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership of the job site, delivering safe, high-quality results. You will lead daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors and schedules, enforce safety and code compliance, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern construction tools and software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with Adaptive Reuse or Historic Renovation preferred.
