Description

CMG Services is looking for a Project Manager responsible for delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and problem-solving throughout the construction process across all regions. Key duties include planning and managing the installation of shingle, low slope, standing seam metal roofs, and wall metal systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings as required.
• Plan, implement, and improve construction processes.
• Communicate effectively with all project personnel.
• Collaborate on estimates, pricing, specifications, warranties, and correspondence.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including photos.
• Work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks.
• Follow best roofing practices.
• Manage budgets for service operations.
• Review and verify billing, quotes, and reports.
• Verify and sign off on timesheets.
• Oversee installation quality, ensuring adherence to protocols and specifications.
• Hold accountability for departmental decisions and actions.
• Regularly audit work quality and customer service standards.
• Oversee team inspections, reporting, and repairs; personally perform duties if necessary.
• Work at heights comfortably.
• Coordinate with production to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare and review roof reports with photos.
• Create estimates and work orders for various roofing projects.
• Review customer invoices and monthly job costs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within Texas; projects across the state.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Pass a background check.
• At least 3 years roofing experience.
