We are looking for a sharp, proactiveProject Managerto lead commercial construction projects from precon to closeout. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams—responsible for keeping timelines, budgets, and jobsite coordination on track. If you thrive on accountability, clear communication, and building lasting relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects (negotiated and hard-bid)
• Coordinate with subcontractors to execute project scope
• Lead owner meetings, issue weekly updates, and maintain project documentation
• Monitor budgets, approve pay apps, and track changes and RFIs using Buildertrend or RedTeam
• Ensure projects meet schedule, safety, and quality goals
• Lead punch walks, closeout documentation, and final handover
• Build strong client relationships and uphold WEBUILDTX’s commitment to transparency and performance

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of project life cycle, contracts, change orders, and cost controls
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple trades
• Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend, RedTeam, Procore, or similar)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be based in or willing to work in the Greater Houston area
• Bonus: Experience with public sector work (HUB, COI compliance, prevailing wage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
