Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager for a leading Louisville General Contractor handling large commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes staff development, contract administration, and strong client relations in a growth-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction PM, a related Bachelor's degree, OSHA preferred, and proficiency with project management software; excellent communication with clients and field staff is essential.

Qualificações

• +5 years' experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA certification preferred; strong communication skills and ability to interface with clients and field staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Provide leadership to project team.
• Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• May work with preconstruction team in development of project.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage the QA/QC program.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
