Job summary

Michael Page US partners with a leading Indianapolis design/build GC to recruit a Senior Project Manager. The firm handles commercial, church, and automotive projects with a strong local pipeline and a culture-first, family-oriented team.

You will lead projects from ground up, serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with design teams and subs, manage contracts, RFIs, changes, and submittals using Procore, and help drive estimating and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Familiar with design/build construction processes.
• Construction-related degree preferred.
• Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience.
• Experience using construction software - Procore preferred.
• Scheduling and budgeting experience.
• Client facing - Comfortable communicating with clients on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, church, and automotive builds from the ground up.
• Work with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools.
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement.
• Deliver projects ranging from $5M-$20M+ within a strong local pipeline.
