Qualifications

• HVAC design principles required.
• 3 years of project management experience needed.
• Experience with reading plans, specs, and contracts.
• Proficient in estimating including sheet metal and piping take-offs.
• Ability to procure equipment and materials cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and maintain an effective field construction organization for HVAC projects within budget and schedule.
• Track and follow up on all purchases and backorders until confirmed received.
• Review drawings, schedules and submittals; ensure shop drawings and project closeout documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support submittals, shop drawings and change orders.
• Ensure material take-offs and timely order of materials; manage project costs including equipment, labor and subcontracts.
