Job summary

Lezzer Lumber in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a Commercial Sales Project Manager to lead take-offs, prepare quotes, and coordinate multiple commercial projects to meet goals and budgets. You will work with contractors and sales staff to ensure timely completion and adherence to price parameters.

The role requires a two-year degree in Building Construction Technology or a four-year degree in Residential Construction Technology and Management, plus OSHA 10-Hour training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year degree in Building Construction Technology or a four-year degree in Residential Construction Technology and Management, or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Successful completion of OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Review project submissions from contractors or sales personnel.
• Perform take-offs on commercial projects and process estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate job scheduling and ensure installation contracts are executed per policy.
• Develop work plans, staff for project phases, and recruit subcontractors or installers as needed.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and reports; adjust plans as required.
