Job summary

Lezzer Lumber, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager for its Commercial Door division in Williamsport, PA. You will oversee take-offs, prepare quotes, and coordinate activities of commercial door projects to meet timeframes and price targets.

You’ll work with contractors, installers, and sales personnel to ensure project success and profitability. The role requires coordinating staffing, leading pre-job meetings, and ensuring adherence to budgets while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to review subcontractor proposals and prepare project plans.
• Experience with take-offs, estimates, and quoting within prescribed budgets.
• Strong communication with contractors, sales, and installers to ensure on-time completion.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor/submittal project plans and data.
• Set work plans and staffing; recruit subcontractors or assign installers.
• Lead pre-job meetings; outline duties and authority; assign responsibilities.
• Oversee project progress, schedules, and budgets; adjust as needed.
• Prepare status reports and project summaries for management and customers.
• Coordinate with government/regulatory agencies as required.
• Prepare proposals and take-offs for commercial door projects.
• Oversee installation crews and ensure quality and timely completion.
