Job summary

RS Mowery is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction delivery in our Mechanicsburg or Lehigh Valley offices. You will join a team with roles spanning Executive, Estimator, PM, Coordinator, Engineers and Accountant to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE or equivalent and 10 years of commercial construction PM experience. You will drive schedules, coordinate documentation, and ensure safety and compliance across all phases of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering OR equivalent.
• Ten (10) years of project management experience relating to commercial construction.
• The ability to lead projects with independence.
• Strong communication, organization and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of a construction delivery team with roles including Executive, Estimator, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Engineers and Project Accountant.
• Facilitate the submittal process to ensure materials arrive on time and projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate documentation between architect, engineers, owner and delivery team including subcontractors.
• Help resolve field issues and questions promptly with the project delivery team.
• Review project plans and proposals and work with management to develop objectives.
• Determine project phases, timelines, and sequencing; manage schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare and distribute project description and timeline; manage near-term and critical path schedules.
• Present procedures, rules and regulations to project participants; enforce safe, productive environments.
• Maintain project integrity and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
