Job summary

Rusin Concrete in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial project teams. You will be the primary client and on-site liaison to ensure projects finished on time and within budget, meeting objectives and coordinating all activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, submittals, schedules, budgets, and change orders, plus leading meetings and ensuring quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; college degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with concrete foundations/flatwork and reading plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand estimate(s), contract documents and project scope.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documents to avoid delays.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance and timing.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and field execution to meet schedules.
• Lead client and on-site team communication; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Attend jobsite meetings; track progress for monthly billings and reporting.
• Maintain documentation of changes and project records; ensure quality and safety.
• Support business development efforts and maintain relationships with key clients.
