Leo A Daly in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget, coordinating resources, defining objectives, and ensuring QA/QC throughout the lifecycle as part of the program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience, with PE, RA, or CCM preferred; strong communication and ability to lead multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required.
• 8+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from start to finish, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and QA/QC.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and adjust budgets as needed.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors, ensuring accountability.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Coordinate with multi-design disciplines to achieve project objectives.
