Qualifications

• Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, direct, and oversee strategic plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Supervise project team members and contractors to ensure accountability.
