Mechanical Systems Company, a Memphis-based mechanical and plumbing contractor, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring accountability, coordination, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues.
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Mechanical Systems Company is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls projects. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with strong leadership skills to drive commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish while ensuring accountability, coordination, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Required Qualifications
