Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects across the Southeast. You will assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation, coordinating with project teams and field staff.

This role uses Procore, Bluebeam, and ProjectSight to manage workflows; you will participate in meetings, track logs, review drawings and specifications, and support procurement and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial construction experience or related internship/co-op.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Maintain project management systems including Procore, Bluebeam, and related software.
• Support communication between project teams, subcontractors, architects, and field staff.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain logs/tracking documentation.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Support procurement, scheduling coordination, and material tracking.
• Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and quality control efforts.
• Provide support to field operations and superintendents as needed.
