Qualifications

• Experience in a construction office or field project environment.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities across stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders, and related docs.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain warranty docs, owner manuals, and close-out packages.
• Provide admin support to project managers and field staff.
• Use CAD to create and interpret construction documents.
• Develop and implement project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for progression.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines.
