Job summary

Spear Bio is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to bridge our product strategy and commercial execution. Located onsite at our HQ in Woburn, MA, you will partner with internal teams to bring our portfolio roadmap to market, support key customers, and drive adoption of our immunoassay platform across neuroscience applications focused on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or Life Sciences required.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to guide new product concepts through validation, transfer, and launch.
• Voice of the Customer (VoC): Translate workflows in translational research and clinical trial markets into product specifications for neuroscientists and biopharma clients.
• Commercialization & Launch: Partner with product marketing and global sales to establish value proposition, pricing models, and collateral for international rollouts.
• Track Progress and Market Requirements: Be the strategic voice of customer to formulate future strategy and support adoption plans.
• KOL Engagement: Cultivate relationships with neuroscience Key Opinion Leaders and support data-generation collaborations.
• Market Expansion: Look for opportunities outside the core market to broaden applications of the technology.
