Spear Bio is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to bridge our product strategy with commercial execution across neuroscience-focused diagnostics and immunoassay platforms. You will partner with Product Management, R&D, and Commercial teams to bring our portfolio to market and support key customers, presenting to key opinion leaders, and driving adoption of our SPEAR technology.

Responsibilities include cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, and Business

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in life science tools or diagnostics.
• Strong background in digital immunoassays, biomarker discovery, or translational neurology research.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge product strategy and commercial execution with internal and external teams.
• Support key customers and engage with KOLs to drive adoption.
• Develop product value proposition, pricing models, and collateral for global rollouts.
