Job summary

Keit Industrial Analytics is seeking a Commercial Product Manager to lead the rollout of the combined IRmadillo hardware-software package across the US ethanol industry. You will work directly with the US sales lead, visit plants, demonstrate the product, gather feedback, and define the roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years in fuel ethanol, deep process and control systems understanding, and a hands-on, travel-heavy approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in North American fuel ethanol, fermentation and plant operations.
• Strong understanding of ethanol fermentation, yield, contamination control and plant economics.
• Familiar with process data and plant systems – SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians.
• Product management experience on software or industrial hardware is valuable.
• Commercially minded and confident presenting to diverse audiences from control room to boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales process with demos and presentations for operators, lab teams, plant managers and executives
• Helping customers understand the operational and financial value they can expect
• Supporting software installation, configuration, onboarding and training
• Working with plant teams to bring in data from control systems, historians and other sensors
• Gathering structured customer feedback and turning it into clear product requirements
• Collaborating with our developers, data scientists and application specialists to prioritize enhancements
• Joining in with testing, validation and release activities
• Writing your own product and marketing materials – as a small team, we don’t have a dedicated marketing department
• Representing KEIT at customer sites, industry events and conferences
