Job summary

KEIT Industrial Analytics seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our US team, working hands-on with ethanol customers to install and optimize IRmadillo analytics and our fermentation software. You’ll travel regionally and collaborate with the US sales lead to demonstrate tangible business value.

You’ll shape how we work in the US, turning field learnings into scalable processes and ensuring customers realize measurable improvements in yield and performance.

Qualifications

• Fuel ethanol plant operations experience.
• Process optimization and analytics.
• Mechanical and electrical/electronic systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to install and operate the IRmadillo and software.
• Support the sales process with ethanol expertise in pre-sales.
• Install, commission and rollout on customer sites.
• Troubleshoot data connections to plant DCS/historian.
• Train plant teams to use data in day-to-day operations.
