Keit Industrial Analytics in the Midwest USA is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our US delivery team. You will install and operate the IRmadillo and our fermentation intelligence software, translating ethanol process knowledge into measurable performance gains.

Travel is a core part of the role, with daily reach across Kansas City area and the broader Midwest. You will work with the US sales lead on pre-sales, and help shape how we build our US operation.

Qualifications

Fuel ethanol plant operations experience.
Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
Experience with analytics in manufacturing environments.
Mechanical and electrical/electronic systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

Install and operate the IRmadillo and fermentation software at customer sites.
Support customers to realize value from the hardware and software.
Collaborate with US sales on pre-sales activities to turn conversations into projects.
Travel across the Midwest with regular on-site work and minimal shifts.
