Job summary

KEIT is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our US operations, leveraging ethanol plant expertise to install and support the IRmadillo and fermentation intelligence software. You will work with the US sales lead to translate site insights into projects and drive value for customers.

Based in the Midwest with travel across the region, you’ll shape how we deploy processes, train plant teams, and document learnings to scale our growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in fuel ethanol plant operations.
• Ability to walk the line with a plant team and explain where IRmadillo helps.
• Strong mechanical and electrical/electronic systems background.

Responsibilities

• Be the ethanol expert in customer meetings, identifying where IRmadillo and software add measurable value.
• Survey sites and advise on mechanical interfaces to customer processes.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and rollout of IRmadillo and software.
