Job summary

RRD is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the United States, Philadelphia area, to promote Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail solutions. You will develop revenue via new leads, prospect calls, and nurturing existing accounts, aiming to exceed revenue targets.

This 100% commission-based role offers a non-recoverable draw for the first six months (50k–150k), with likely adjustments after. Strong communication and C-level engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work and 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Commercial print or direct mail experience is desired but not required.
• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit customers who may be strategic.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Respond to inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times to close sales.
• Identify and contact prospective customers and build relationships for future business.
