Job summary

RRD is seeking a results-driven sales professional in California to promote and sell our Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail offerings to new and existing accounts.

You will build relationships, develop revenue through leads, prospecting calls, and strategic account management. This is a 100% commission-based role with a generous draw; compensation depends on performance and targets, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives; strong written & verbal communication.
• Familiar with CRM and sales tools; able to organize and prioritize resources.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be strategic for the organization.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within authority and close sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build relationships for future business.
• Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce.com as the system of record.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor activities to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Recommend additional solutions and services to clients to grow revenue.
