RRD is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Madison Heights, MI to drive revenue growth for Commercial Print, Packaging and Direct Mail. You will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams to meet targets.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of sales experience; proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is expected. The role emphasizes relationship building, negotiation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.
• Commercial Print, Packaging & Labels and/or Direct Mail experience preferred.
• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives; excellent written & verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be strategic to the organization.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Respond to complex inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times; close sales orders to meet targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor activities to meet objectives.
• Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce.com records.
