Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of credit, lending or financial operations experience in banking or corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree required; business, finance or accounting preferred.
• BMO Credit Qualification within one year of assignment.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
• Foundational skills: problem solving, collaboration, detail‑oriented, customer service, data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial lending teams through credit administration and covenant compliance.
• Independently track, calculate, and assess covenant compliance and collateral margining.
• Adhere to credit policies, regulatory standards and risk guidelines.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports for credit decisions.
• Perform financial calculations with limited supervision and propose process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and assist broader team objectives.
