Job summary

GSMA Industry Services seeks a commercially driven Product Manager to lead the business performance and growth of device information services. This business-facing role focuses on customer needs, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and P&L management, not technical delivery.

You will own pricing, packaging, and GTM plans while managing product-level profitability, forecasting, and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial product management with revenue responsibility.
• Experience owning or contributing to a product or business-line P&L, including forecasting, margin analysis, and investment cases.
• Practical experience developing go-to-market strategies, segmenting markets, shaping value propositions, and setting pricing and packaging.
• Strong customer-facing experience: comfortable leading discovery conversations, presenting propositions, and negotiating.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to align cross-functional teams around commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial product strategy and growth roadmap for device information services.
• Manage product-level P&L with finance, including revenue and cost forecasts, margin analysis, budgets, and investment business cases.
