CompuGroup Medical is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. You will conduct market research, gather stakeholder input, and define requirements to guide development across engineering, design, and QA teams.

You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, track progress, and prioritize tasks while delivering training sessions for sales and support to articulate product value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology.
• Specialized knowledge of healthcare technology and practice management workflows (preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint).

Mansioni

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM’s software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery; liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch; track progress and prioritize tasks.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to communicate product value.
