JD Service Now in Durham, NC is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial plumbing systems. You will perform installations, service calls, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
• Commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing installations and service work safely and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers.
• Complete accurate job notes and service documentation.
• Work independently while collaborating with dispatch and other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
• Participate in an 24/7 on-call rotation of one week every five weeks.
