The role requires a master licensed plumber with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read blueprints. You will maintain plumbing systems, perform repairs, and document work in CMMS while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years commercial plumbing experience.
• Master Plumber license required (state-validated).
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams clearly.
• Comfort with CMMS documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform master-level plumbing work including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Oversee plumbing systems, fixtures, and related accessories per code.
• Install, replace, and repair piping, traps, and water heaters.
• Complete CMMS documentation and manage work orders.
• Work with safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• On-call schedule and after-hours availability as needed.
