Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team in New Mexico.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service and is available to work second-shift hours with a company vehicle and gas card. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, install fixtures and water heaters, and collaborate with the team to complete

Qualifications

• Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver license with minimal points.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and clear clogged lines using cable machines and camera inspections.
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines or hydro jets.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary after each appointment.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on time.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the department.
