Job summary
Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician in California to join our Plumbing Service team. The role requires at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service and is scheduled for second shift.
A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites. The position emphasizes professional, customer-focused service, teamwork, and adherence to safety
Qualifications
- Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Verbal and written English literacy for communication
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Diagnose and clear clogged lines using cable machines and perform camera inspections
- Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
- Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
- Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
- Submit service paperwork with a summary after each service appointment
- Collaborate with team to complete work orders efficiently
- Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
- Willing to take on additional duties to support the department
