We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team, offering second-shift hours and a company vehicle for travel between jobsites. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or

Qualifications

• Four years of recent commercial plumbing experience.
• Valid driver license with minimal points.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• English literacy for verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections.
• Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
• Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work after each service appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department.
