Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team in California. The role requires at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service, and includes second-shift hours Tue–Sat 2 p.m.

to 10:30 p.m. A company vehicle and gas card are provided. You'll diagnose and repair plumbing systems, work on fixtures, water heaters, DWV systems, and grease traps,

Qualifications

• Four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Diagnose and clear clogged lines and perform camera inspections
• Repair plumbing fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, pumps, fixtures and valves
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of work
• Collaborate with team to complete work orders
• Drive company vehicles within guidelines
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the department
