Job summary

Brubaker Inc. in Lancaster County, PA, is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.

You’ll coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment. This role involves developing detailed plans, budgets, and timelines; leading plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors; reviewing invoices; conducting site assessments; and providing regular progress updates while guiding

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Conduct site assessments and review project specifications to identify potential challenges and solutions
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead and manage project teams, including plumbers, apprentices and subcontractors
• Conduct regular meetings to review progress
• Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any client concerns or requests
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges in a timely manner
