Qualifications

• Plumbing service and repair experience capable of handling routine service calls independently.
• Current Indiana plumbing licensure appropriate to the work.
• Strong troubleshooting and knowledge of water supply, drainage, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements.
• Clear communication, dependable attendance and professional conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for service documentation.
• Ability to manage time and request authorization when needed.
• Ability to perform essential field duties including lifting up to 55 pounds and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, drainage problems, fixture failures, water heater issues and other commercial plumbing concerns.
• Repair and replace piping, fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, and related components.
• Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections when trained; document findings and recommendations.
• Explain problems and repair options to customers; keep dispatch informed of progress.
• Provide clear scopes, measurements, photos and material needs for additional work.
• Document labor, materials and findings in our service software.
• Work within approved scope or obtain necessary authorization from the customer.
• Test completed repairs, check for leaks and ensure proper operation; leave area clean.
• Follow plumbing codes, company procedures and site safety requirements.
• Maintain organized service vehicle, tools and stocked materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist less-experienced team members.
