Qualifications

3+ years of commercial plumbing service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience servicing commercial buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare, education, or manufacturing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently on service calls.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
Service and maintain domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and gas piping systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide repair recommendations.
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plumbing equipment and systems.
Install, repair, and replace piping, valves, fixtures, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and timely.
Communicate findings and options to customers professionally.
Ensure work complies with codes and safety regulations.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
