Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years estimating or commercial field experience.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods used in the commercial industry.
• Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and above average computing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the scope of the commercial project and its material requirements.
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Create and submit estimates or bids to project managers, mechanical contractors, plumbers, etc.
• Obtain pricing for quotes by working with the purchasing team and vendors for specified materials.
• Assist the outside sales team with scheduling material deliveries based on project progression.
