Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Minnesota to join our Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships and protecting their business from pests.

You’ll hit sales goals through prospecting, managing assigned leads, and using marketing tools, with an emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer care. A company vehicle and training support your success.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
