Responsibilities

The Orkin Pro provides safe, professional protection and service on a designated route. Your career begins with comprehensive training to develop skills in route operations, scheduling, diagnosing issues, and treatment planning. You will work to understand customer problems and resolve them effectively.

You will...

• Complete our award-winning training to learn essential skills
• Prioritize safety in all tasks
• Follow route and daily schedules within your territory, ensuring timely, safe arrivals
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and colleagues
• Act as a problem solver with empathy, understanding customer needs, and recommending effective solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind
• Inspect customer property interiors and exteriors (training provided)
• Complete all documentation accurately using provided handheld devices
