Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Rep to join its sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products, sell to various industries, and build trusted relationships to protect customers’ businesses.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a mission-driven company. The role offers a competitive compensation package with a base plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win customers
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions to set expectations
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
