Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist to work with the district leadership team to boost productivity, service quality and district profitability. You will also perform responsibilities of a Service Specialist, maintaining route duties, handling additional requests, and supporting open routes.

The role requires 2–3 years in commercial pest control, a valid Pest Control License, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of commercial pest control experience.
• Must possess a valid, current Pest Control License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse group of coworkers and customers.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with district leadership to improve productivity, service quality and profitability.
• Perform responsibilities of a Service Specialist on regularly scheduled routes.
• Assist with open routes and respond to additional work requests.
• Coach and mentor Service Specialists; participate in team meetings.
• Maintain high service standards and strong customer relations.
