Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform pest management services for commercial clients, including inspections, product applications, and preventative guidance. You will interact with clients to explain solutions and schedule follow-ups in a safety-conscious environment.

Role emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards, driving a company vehicle, and maintaining equipment while contributing to a broader mission of protecting people and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products safely and effectively, including baits and traps.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and how to reduce future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked and in good condition.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
