Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial customers. You will identify pests during inspections, determine infestation type, apply treatments, and provide prevention guidance while following safety regulations.

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) following safety standards.
Educate customers on prevention methods and long-term pest control strategies.
Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked.
Adhere to all regulations and safety protocols for pest control products.
Drive and operate company-provided service vehicle.
